I refer to anxiety as the bully that lives in your brain telling you all kinds of self-defeating and scary messages. Anxiety shows up in the body and mind. Thoughts go on a seemingly never-ending loop. You start to sweat and shallow-breathe or feel pressure in your chest. Maybe your stomach or head starts hurting when those anxious worries and fears come up. Whatever your experience with anxiety, therapy can help.

I teach and support you through self-management practices, recognizing and challenging pesky thoughts, and sometimes a referral for supplements or medication support.
