You don't have to offer intensives to help your clients benefit from them.

If you are a therapist who believes your clients would be benefited from Intensives, I am here to help! It can be hard to refer clients to people who you have never met! However, the good news is, I have been working with clients referred by other therapists for years and it can make a great compliment to the weekly therapy work you are already doing with your clients.

In order to see if I will be a good fit for any of your clients who would benefit from an Intensive, please visit both my About page (so you can get a feel for who I am and where I am coming from) and my Intensives page (so you can learn more about how my Intensives work and who benefits the most from them).

How the Referral Process Works

My goal is to complement—not replace—the work you are already doing with your client.

When appropriate, I collaborate with referring therapists to better understand the client's goals and needs prior to the intensive. Following the intensive, I can provide recommendations and observations that may help support your continued work together.

Many clients return to their referring therapist after the intensive with new insights, momentum, and progress that can be built upon in ongoing therapy.

I value the relationship you have established with your client and strive to serve as a trusted partner in their care.

Good Candidates for Intensives

Candidates who I see make the most significant progress through Intensives and who successfully navigate back to weekly sessions include:

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Anxiety

  • Burnout

  • Grief & Loss

  • Clients who feel stuck despite ongoing therapy

The Path Forward

I would be happy to schedule a call with you to consult on if Intensives may be a good fit for your client. If you agree that my Intensives would be helpful to your client, we will get informed consent from your client to proceed with the referral process.
